SPI provides intermediary/introductory services relating to licensing and collaborative research opportunities on promising drugs and drug candidates, diagnostics and technology platforms, that SPI searched for, evaluated and selected by itself from those of its clients, such as bio-ventures, pharmaceutical companies and universities/institutes, from Japan and abroad. SPI supports its clients broadly, in various phases. Out-licensing: preparation of material for opportunity introduction, selection of candidate companies, introduction to the selected candidates, agreement negotiation and follow-up/coordination in the actual implementation of the concluded agreements. In-licensing: search for opportunities, evaluation support, agreement negotiation and follow-up of concluded agreements. |
